The Hooten Street Apartments are conveniently located west of Zack Hinton Parkway (155) in the heart of historic McDonough. The all brick residential units, consisting of one, two, and three-bedrooms, feature a nice wooded setting, updated Energy Star appliances, central heat and air, on-site laundry, washer connections in the two and three bedroom units, and a small community garden. Folks living at Hooten Street are mostly senior residents and the property experiences very little turnover. All of the units have newly installed windows and entry doors.
